reduce false dispatches by allowing an Operator to interactively verify an alarm event.
Upon receiving an alarm event, an Operator at our UL Listed Monitoring Station will be able
to see and verify any activity at the premise. This information may then be relayed to the
proper authorities or notification. The remote video
monitoring system easily ties into your existing CCTV, intrusion, access control, and fire
systems to queue video verification at our monitoring facility.

Offsite Recording Of An Event Preserves Evidence
The system can provide comprehensive surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with
offsite video recording to protect against loss or damage of the onsite video thus
preserving evidence for later use by clients and law enforcement. In the event of an
actual alarm, Operators may even e-mail the authorities and management a snapshot or video
file of the event.
